🔪 P Line Adaro Aluminum Replacement Cutter: Upgrade Your Precision Cutting Experience Review

I read all the reviews, did everything as recommended, it still doesn't fit. To further compound the problem, the heads of the small mounting screws came loose when I tried to tighten them. Replacement blades are a good idea, but the technology leaves a lot to be desired.

Some have complained about the replacement blades not aligning properly, but the key is not over tightening the screws, closing the pliers so the blade is perfectly aligned, and then tighten the screws. If the toggle bits are tightened in the open position, the alignment is definitely suspicious. Do not over tighten in open position.

Luckily I ordered 2 sets of replacement blades. Installed the first pair and found that it was already cracked. The second set isn't a problem, but doesn't straighten up evenly when clamped like the original. Only one way to tighten, so never misfitted. I can no longer cut the braid because there is a small gap on the knives. Heavy mono, no problem. sorry problem For expensive pliers that are now completely useless to me because the wire cutters don't fit properly

Knives fit perfectly. As mentioned, I tightened them loosely and pinched them to make sure they fit properly. However, when I tried to tighten them with the supplied Allen key, I stripped the threads with pliers. I should have known this would happen as the tongs are made of aluminum which is a very soft metal. I solved the problem by dropping a drop of metal glue in the hole and tightening it. So far it seems to be holding up, but we'll see.

I do not recommend buying. They mean well I'm sure but the mustad mt007 6.5" pliers are so inconsistently made that these cutters will not fit. I even bought another pair from the store just to take these cutters off and trying them on my existing pair see if i can fit them but no luck here all the websites for my mt007 pliers point to these cutters and mustad hasn't returned my calls so there must have been a misunderstanding somewhere.

I have bought several pairs of these pliers using these cutters as they serve my purpose very well but I have looked through yet more of these spare cutter sets in a desperate attempt to align cutters . I've tried the advice in the reviews, contacted the manufacturer and even asked the place I bought the pliers from to install these cutters correctly to no avail. Most of my friends fish with pliers that need these or similar replacement blades and they genuinely agree. You'll never cleanly cut…
