I think the most helpful thing I can add is that in my 2007 .

I'm so glad I can finally connect my phone to my car stereo. I think the most helpful thing I can add is that my 2007 Accord (7th Gen 2003-2007) has a plastic plug in the center of the dash right next to the windshield. If you remove that vent panel you can unplug that connector and put an extra wire through it, which I did. Watch a radio removal video to learn how to remove this panel. A 1.8m RCA to 3.5mm cable works great for this. I was surprised that none of the videos show where people…

Great AUX connection for older Honda models

I installed this on a 2006 Honda Accord SE with a 6 CD changer. Comes with all the parts I needed for the installation. I used a plastic bike tire tool to remove the dash pieces instead of buying orange dash removal tools. You need plastic tools to disassemble the dashboard; I watched a YouTube video to understand how to disassemble the dashboard. I spent most of my time drilling a hole in the back of the dash CD holder so I could thread the end of the cable connector. I wanted an external…

Pros
  • Aux in adapter for some Acura and Honda factory radios
Cons
  • Annoying

I recently bought a 2005 Accord and wanted to add an extra plug feature to my car. Replacing a stereo is not an easy task as the stereo and air conditioning are integrated. Options are limited to 1) a kit that replaces the factory stereo and climate control (over $200 for the kit alone) or 2) a kit that installs a second stereo in the console bag and leaves the factory unit in place position (redundant, additional cabling). work, not aesthetically, IMHO). Enter Option 3: Install AAI-HD3 PACK. I

Pros
  • CD changer or satellite mode depending on ability

Very happy with this '04 Acura TL so far!

Just installed today so just a first impression. Time will tell, but so far it's doing exactly what I wanted. As others have noted, if you don't want to keep your stereo's standard features like XM or CD, you can simply connect the cable provided by PAC to the back of your stereo and NOT connect your car's original 14-pin data line. I unplugged the XM connector from the back of my radio and just left it hidden and just hooked up a PAC instead. With no intention of using the XM, my whole…
