Hairpins are beautiful, but rubber bands are weak. I've only used them a few times and they've already broken. not well done at all!

They arrived quickly, looked like the picture on the Revain site and are very cute. But the metal is noticeably thinner than other ponytail holders I've also ordered. They would be very easy to bend, although some people like the ability to adjust the shape for a large bun instead of a small ponytail. One reviewer's flaw may be a trait of another. I bought these to give my hair a little touch of a polish before work. All-metal - excellent. They look very nice and the elastic stretches perfectly. However, when I first tried using one of the leaf-shaped hair ties, the hair tie snapped and broke immediately. I tried the second one to see if it was just a partial error and it did the same thing. I received them about 2 months ago and already they are all broken. Most broke after the 1st or 2nd wear, one survived until last weekend. The metal part is glued on and doesn't hold at all. They were cheap and you get what you pay for. I would turn them down unless you are willing to only wear them once or twice.

These elastics with attached metal cap are perfect for adding sparkle to a ponytail. I would give them 5 stars except that some of the elastics are a little scratchy but I also found that they hold onto your hair very well so I gave them 4 stars. Great product, I would buy again!
