The best thing about packet trap is that it has all of your network requirements in one place, so you don't have to keep searching around each time something happens! It's very easy-to use as well - I'm able to quickly jump into what needs my attention by simply clicking through reports, or looking at graphs when needed (and they're pretty self explanatory!). Very helpful in troubleshooting network issues from our end-users. Great support as well! We have been using this product since long but it has never failed us once.
