Very helpful in troubleshooting network issues from our end-users. Great support as well! We have been using this product since long but it has never failed us once. I cannot think of anything that we like about this tool so far. Nothing to say, great software. It is just what you need when your business needs some extra help with networks. A must try if you are looking for good network monitoring tool. It's free which makes it even better. If you want to monitor traffic, check out packet traptools.net - they provide trial versions for most services. We use packettraptools.net mainly for troubleshoot ping problems.
