That's weird. The yarn is stored at the back, but there are eyelets on the sides. Both sides have clear vinyl walls. I do not know why. The side panels are open to accommodate hooks or knitting needles. The elastic is oddly placed so it doesn't provide secure storage for the crochet hook or knitting needles. Since you have to open the sides to use the twine grommets, this is a problem. Good quality thick fabric. But for me some design flaws

Very spacious tote, plenty of room for everything, what I need. While the bag won't fit a full-size blanket, it's big enough for a sweater and accessories. Now I have hidden four projects (shawls and scarf). The side pockets offer enough space for knitting needles and crochet hooks. There are three inner pockets for small items (scissors, stitch markers, etc.). The back pocket is great for storing pattern pages. Durable and well made.

I love this yarn/knit storage bag. Very spacious, lots of space and pockets for accessories. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the foam at the bottom of the bag was completely crumpled and couldn't lay flat unless I cut open the bottom lining. I'll try to fix it, if not I'll live with it. Otherwise it is a wonderful product and perfect for my needs. Now I have all my knitting supplies in one place and I can't lose anything.

Perfect for traveling with your Yarn, this bag fits under your southwest seat. All little bags are great. Yarn divider pockets can be used or folded to the side. Definitely not for big afghan plaids or multicolored yarn patterns if you want to keep it in your projects, but it's perfect for my granny squares project. The amount of yarn will definitely affect the space for your project. The only change I would make would be to add a water bottle pocket.

This is my #1 yarn bag. I've bought a lot over the last few years and this remains my #1. I appreciate that if you zip up and are on either side the threading holes close up. The handles are good and easy to carry. I like the brown bag with pink dots, it's classy but not too much. I really wish it was a larger size so I could fit my 1lb Caron yarns, but it's great for regular packed yarn like Super Saver Red Heart (this size). The yard dividers could also be bigger, but are pushed to the side…
