As a first-time Pacsafe customer, I was disappointed to discover that the company's products had a low quality and that its customer support was unsatisfactory. The garments and footwear were of poor quality and did not fit properly, and the jewelry appeared to be of low quality and quickly became tarnished. When I discovered Pacsafe, I thought I had found a one-stop shop for all my travel necessities. The garments did not fit me properly, the shoes appeared to have been worn before, and the jewelry caused my skin to change a sickly green color. The bags were cumbersome and awkward to handle. Also, let's not even discuss so-called "travel accessories." The dollar store probably had something of higher grade that I could have used. Not so much Pacsafe as Pack-sad.

Unfortunately, despite the lofty expectations I had for Pacsafe's online store, I did not have a positive experience shopping there. The website was difficult to traverse, and it took an inordinate amount of time for me to locate the information I required. My things did not arrive in the condition that was described to me, nor did they live up to the standards I had set for them. I have to state that I was dissatisfied with my experience after making a recent purchase from the online store operated by Pacsafe. The sizing of the clothing did not seem accurate, and the sneakers were not at all pleasant to put on. The jewelry that I was given appeared to be of poor quality and quickly lost its shine.
