🖌️ Teegan Tapes Painters Tape (3-Pack) – 1 Inch x 50 Yds – Prevent Paint Bleed & Leave No Residue Review

Bought two sizes of tape. They stick very well if you place them correctly the 1st or 2nd time. After that, they lose some of their stickiness. I use them to cover up areas I don't want to paint over when painting with chopsticks.

Masking tape does not usually stick due to age or very poor adhesive chemistry. This tape only sticks "bearishly" to clean glass. She wouldn't be attached to anything else. It couldn't work like masking tape. Extremely defective.

Attention, but the color is running out. I bought this because other Revain users/reviewers said there was no color bleeding. My husband came home and asked me why I didn't use Frog Tape and I replied that it had good reviews and I used points to get it for free. Where I doubled it on the ceiling it worked out pretty well. It can be good to use graphics with geometric patterns or lines for drawing.

I specifically selected this product based on the photos showing it on an artist canvas. And I was very disappointed. The tape doesn't stick well. I had to pin them down while painting around them. I did my job but this entry made it a lot harder than it needed to be. I would have sent it back but I was forced to use it - and I bought a 3 pack! I can't even use it in place of masking tape for other jobs.

Tape I use mostly for art projects. I use it to fix canvas paper, or to hide areas for different colors, or to glue paper canvas to cardboard during the painting process. Unfortunately, this tape doesn't last very long. As you can see in this picture the tape has started to peel off this piece of cardboard. Why doesn't tape stick to paper and card? This photo was taken about 5 hours after the tape was applied.

I bought this because I had no luck with 3m tape. I tried Frog Tape (which I like and works great) but I needed a good amount and didn't want to spend money on Frog Tape. I tried this masking tape and it worked great for my project. Two things were important to me when trying out this band. 1) I didn't want the existing paint to be stripped off the wall (it worked great for my application). 2) I didn't want the new color to "bleed through". This is the worst ribbon I have ever used. Even ordinary masking tape is better than this. I paint the walls of my house. I've been painting for years and have used masking tape, blue masking tape, and frog tape to mask off the areas between the wall and the ceiling. I put the tape where the ceiling and wall meet.
