The bags they come in are not the best.

The only thing I don't like are the packages that contain diamonds. They don't close so I had to put them in different bags and label them. And the labels are weird. Although good quality.

Very disappointed

It was really disappointing. While there were lots of diamonds and everything was well marked, the picture looks very torn and unfinished. I never thought that after all this work I wouldn't be bragging about it. Every step thought it would look better, but it doesn't.

I am very dissatisfied with the bead set with the corresponding number or letter.

In a conversation with a friend of mine who does this often, she agreed that one of my letters and a bead color was wrong for the corresponding letter and color in the painting. It was too late for me to do anything and for the first time I thought maybe it was just nonsense. But I'm almost done painting it and it doesn't look like it should at all. I wish I had never bought this one. I will be careful not to start the next picture if the beads/numbers/letters/colors don't match those in the…
