Do yourself a favor and buy lots of little brushes! It takes a very long time and requires coloring in such tiny pieces. Most colors require more than one coat. Don't lose your paper copy so you know which numbers you missed or painted over. Paints dry quickly and you can't just buy paints, don't open them until you're ready! A few flowers have dried up so I bought a second one for the same price.

Color consistency is good. The amount of color was good. The quality of the canvas is good. These 3 items were as good or even better than other sets I've made. The choice of color differs greatly from the print sample. So far it doesn't look like the same picture. Also no paper print was supplied for review, some weren't so I took a photo of the canvas before I started painting to get back to that. In general, a pleasant process, only the end result is not pleasant.

Let's see. To be honest, I thought it would be a solid canvas, like Michael's, and not a foldable one. That's why I gave the presentation four stars. this is def Great gift for friends or family. It's easy to read, but not if you're older or have trouble reading fine print due to weak eyesight. I can read it well, but maybe not too much for others, so I gave it four stars as well. All in all, I'm really looking forward to painting my first color by number!

If you are just starting out in paint by numbers, *DO NOT* start with this model. There are literally hundreds of small, tiny, irregularly shaped gaps that need to be filled. They are so, so small that you can hardly read them. Some reviews recommend a magnifying glass. I haven't used it, but it can't hurt.
