Great comfortable cool boots.

Palladium started out as a manufacturer of aircraft tires and then began making boots that were later adopted by the French Foreign Legion. I was about to go camping with my family and haven't had boots in years so I found these. We live in Texas so I didn't want anything super heavy or chunky or hot so I gave these a try. First, they look cool and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. The fit is good for my 9.5 feet. They feel sturdy and the sole has such nice padding on the inside…

A decent improvement over your regular running shoes

I ordered these shoes after speaking to a colleague who has been wearing them for years. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and arch problems for many years so choosing shoes is a difficult process for me and I rarely buy shoes without trying them on first. In this case, the recommendations I received were strong enough that I decided to try them. I love the style of these shoes; They look great with jeans or even khakis when worn with casual shirts or t-shirts. Grey-olive colour. That's no

Pros

  • Some faults

Very stylish and comfortable

As many people have said you should order about 1/2 size larger than what you normally wear. I usually wear a size 10 but ordered a size 10 1/2 and it fits perfectly. My feet don't slide in them at all and I have enough space for my toes. I don't feel like I'm wearing shoes at all. In terms of build quality, they feel solid, the fabric is of good thickness and has double stitching all around. The insoles look a little sketchy, but they're easily removed and replaced with your choice of insoles.

Cons
  • Flaws

Normal for occasional wear. However, Chuck Taylor is more reliable.

Pretty well done. A lightweight. They require insoles, just like most regular shoes these days. After just a month, five days a week, the outseam of the right heel cup started fraying and unraveling. Typically, this type of failure occurs on the inside when the shoe slips while walking. I wore this pair while walking six blocks to work and the lab. They will make an acceptable camping shoe but I wouldn't trust them for hiking or harsh environments as the stitching comes apart in one critical…

they fit my feet well. The workmanship of the boots is very good

I ordered these boots because I was looking for a different pair of shoes to wear at weekends and everyday. I ordered them a half size up, size 10.5 instead of 10 as I actually need the EE width in the shoe and I read other reviews that a slightly bigger size might give me the wider width I need Yes, they fit my foot perfectly. The boots are very good. The canvas upper has a very good weave quality and the outsole/insole offers good support while being flexible. They are good for walking and…

Terrible insoles and customer service

I bought these based on a reputation that clearly wasn't meant to be what it is. comfortable The problem is that after a few months the layer of fabric on the insole began to peel off (this is white foam rubber glued with a thin layer of fabric), I tore off the layer of fabric to the end and continued to wear it until autumn-winter 2017. I recently got Palladium contacted about this issue and asked how I could get a new pair of insoles (which I would even pay for). The response was a single…

Probably the best boots in the world

I got my first pair of Palladiums on active duty. Having worn (and worn) dozens of brands and styles, I can safely say that most tactical shoes are bulky and awkward to wear (probably because the designers try to make them "indestructible" with huge stitching and straps. to make) and they were very durable on the feet and knees. This was particularly evident when standing or walking on shifts or assignments longer than 12 hours. One day a visitor came to the base where I was working with a pair

French Foreign Legion

They are as advertised. The Pampa is a simple canvas model with a rubber toe cap and aggressive combat boot-inspired ridged outsoles. They are perfect and quite comfortable for canvas shoes, canvas is a bit heavier than vintage high toe basketball shoes with grooved soles. The quality is quite good, for example there are no protruding inner seams that could tear a hole in the leg. A possible downside is that the tongue is only attached at the bottom, not on both sides, so sand or something else

Pros
  • BOTTOM: One-piece molded rubber outsole for traction

  • I won't say anything
