Easy to install and works great when you don't want it.

Easy to install and works great when you don't want a bulky PSU hanging around. I used this for my subwoofers as I wanted power and noise filters in each outlet.

Surge Protector PF

I ended up installing my TV too far from the main surge protector/line conditioner and the PF Surge Protector was the perfect solution to this problem. It attaches easily and provides the protection and conditioning I was looking for.

. to install because the instructions may be useless but it works

A little tricky to install because the instructions may be useless but it works That's all I can say and it's a big deal for my use case. Sockets do NOT hold the pins of what is plugged in. It's too easy to turn it off, it almost feels like gravity is turning it off. At this price it shouldn't be a problem.

Perfect Power Management

MIW-POWER-PRO-PFP offers surge protection and clean power management in an elegant package. I decided to install my own LED-backlit LCD panel in my home after evaluating a number of other popular flush-mount power management options, including the In-Wall PowerCenter and Power Bridge kits Monster Cable. The low profile was key in choosing the flat panel and mount, and the recessed end caps on this panamax unit ensure the A/C fork doesn't push the panel further away from the wall. It took me a…

Ideal solution for wall-mounted HDTVs

This is the ideal solution for wall-mounted HDTVs, offering excellent surge protection and two recessed plugs for extra space behind your new TV. Newer LCD televisions and plasma televisions are very sensitive to power surges; However, if you mount the TV on the wall, space is at a premium and the last thing you need is another device between the TV and the wall. For this reason, many people choose not to install a surge protector behind the TV. You're asking for trouble if you do that. I…

Well made, looks great, works great, easy to install

Panamax has been providing power protection for years and is the only gear I trust with my personal gear at home and (if possible) anywhere I need it A solution for A/V power protection is requested. Don't get me wrong, there are other good brands out there; Monster also makes great stuff and I often use them in A/V stands. However, for flat screen TVs, electronic art, digital signage, or other power tricky needs, these things are great! This is the fourth time I have purchased and decided to…

It is great! in power strips and surge protectors

A friend recommended I buy three of these units a few years ago when we installed our new home theater in 2011. I wanted clean power for my new TV, receiver, and all other connected components, and these outlets got the job done. They require them to be at the end of the circuit, or in my case I connected each of them to separate breakers. They cannot be daisy-chained like traditional sockets, so be aware of this before purchasing. How well these outlets work was tested about a month later in…

Pros

  • Could have chosen a newer model
