10+ explosions. Correct pressure, rim tape, no burrs on four different wheels.

I have loved/used Panaracer products for over 15 years. from the cushy Pasela UBER to the more aggressive crit/cross stuff, they make a great product. until now. In two months, 10 of 13 26" x 1.75-2.25 tubes failed. All fractures occurred at the valve stem junction or along the inside diameter along the tube seam. The failures occurred on three different bikes, three different wheel sets , all with the correct rim tape and no burrs or deviations that caused such errors.On a short tour this…
