I first ordered this model from another supplier. It arrived with a few scratches, instructions were on DVD and looked like it had just been used. Purchased to convert VHS tapes to DVD. Lasted 3 copies and kind of died. I sent it back and the seller refunded my money. I ordered the same from this seller based on their 100% rating. I chose this model because it seemed to be the best ATSC/DVD-R VCR available in October 2007. Edge of the Philadelphia Lookout. I needed a new VCR and wanted to make sure I had an ATSC tuner because our bedroom TV (bought last year before I knew the end was so near) didn't support it and I don't update it often.
