I was amazed at the quality of the infusor. Good thick glass, stainless steel strainer, easy to open and close. It looks stylish and modern and allows me to brew as much tea as I want. Being able to store loose tea separately and even brew it later is a good thing. Now I can take fresh tea anywhere with me without the fuss and mess.

Small volume (less than half a coffee cup) is not suitable for microwave, dangerous if you like hot tea, and by that I mean you pour hot water in it to make tea, but when you open it to drink while it's still hot, it'll spray hot tea at you because it's putting pressure on it, so I'll drink lukewarm tea for now, yes I buy things because they look good lol

This thing likes to form a kind of pressure seal when you're using boiling water, and it relieves the pressure by squirting the boiling water out of the seal all over the table or floor, or into my case Hand. There may be a way to prevent this, but I've tried several ways and it's very unpredictable, messy, and quite dangerous. I would not recommend that.

If you don't want to drink all the leaves you put in, the strainer function for filtering the tea leaves is useless. The holes are too big. I didn't like this product just because I bought it for tea. Didn't fit for the intended purpose. Suitable for fruit and the like. Won't leak or burn your hands when using hot water. So a good product, just not what I wanted.

This will brew 8 oz MAX. Fraud in the product description. Yes, the top you place the tea leaves on holds a few ounces. But you can't pour both ways and brew tea! Rip off. The rubber ring has a terrible smell. I've tried soaking the nit in Dawn dish soap to no avail. Even hot water and lemon juice still stink. Unused item. It was $10 - just throw it in the trash.
