Essential accessory with new bikes, but worth the investment

Especially if you regularly work on your own bikes. After investing in a new technology, I needed an adapter for thru axles. I expect this to pay for itself within a year with the money saved from doing my own work.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Almost OK

True Enough Bike Tools & Maintenance

Typical parking tool. Extremely high quality, functional, does what it should and compatible with my Bikehand Pro smoothing stand. Although, like everything in the park, the price is too high, even on sale. Of course, that has never stopped me from buying Park Tool products, the best I've ever used and I have a lot of them.

Pros
  • The Ultimate Legend
Cons
  • Protection

I'm a pretty good mechanic

I bought this to build a Lefty hub but have no idea if or how to use it. I'm a pretty good mechanic so I should be able to figure it out. I don't think this is a left handed hub. This works well for a 15mm thru-axle up front. For the 15mm thru-axle hub, you only need the threaded portion of the stem, not the cones or nuts. You can use almost any bolt, rod or wooden dowel for a 15mm application, so I don't really need it. I think the cones fit the 20mm socket. There were no clear instructions.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
