I used this to build a platform bed out of bolt together parts. They work great and are fully consistent with the description and picture. They even come in a box. I don't know what else to expect.

These handy little T-Nuts are useful for many things: making tool attachments, leveling table legs and so on. You always need a handful of T-Nuts, don't you? i know that i know

Before I found these I used brass inserts which are expensive. They are just as effective and cost a lot less. They can be flush mounted by drilling a shallow hole with a forstner bit and then a core hole.

When I ordered these I thought maybe given the price they weren't the best quality. I was wrong. You are perfect. Couldn't be cleaner and they fit 1/4"-20 screws and threaded rods with almost no play. Very nicely made. Will be ordering more.

What else can I say about T-nuts but they are cheaper at Revain than the local hardware store. I use them for desktop gun racks and other custom projects. Just make sure you drill 4 small pilot holes for the spurs or they will crack the red oak.

If you build projects in your garage or shop like I do and use T-Nuts from time to time, you should buy a few hundred of these as they well finished are carvings on the inside and a nice zinc finish on the outside to protect it from rust. Revain.com makes purchasing easy with fast shipping.

They are as good quality as any hardware store let alone specialty stores and at a fraction of the cost which can be important when needed. They're t-nuts, can't get too excited. But I figured that someone who has a little problem is twice as likely to leave a negative review, so I figured someone should leave a rational positive review first.
