I love how simple it was to get started using this platform for my practice! It did not take much time at all to set up, which made me very happy about the ease of use in our medical office. The support team has been extremely helpful as well. They have always responded quickly and answered any questions we had without hesitation or delay. The app itself could be easier for non tech savvy users (I understand this can vary depending on your business model). It's great because you are able to send alerts in many different ways - text message/email or even phone call if needed. I like how easy it was to use, my doctor's office couldn't figure out why they weren’t getting calls from me when i got home sick so this helped them see where problems were occurring for us as well!
