Review on PatientPing by Andrew Cramer

I love how easy it was to set up my account, especially when compared to other similar companies! The app itself could be easier for non tech savvy users (I understand this can vary depending on your business model). It's great because you are able to send alerts in many different ways - text message/email or even phone call if needed. You also have options of being notified by email only vs push notification which allows me time prior to receiving an alert so i know what action needs taken next as well as giving more control over who receives each type of communication from us.
