We recently adopted a 4 year old Pitbull/Bull mix. She is so well trained in all areas except for the leash. It was a pity trying to take her for a walk. She's such a powerful tractor. We watched several YouTube videos on how to muzzle her. The first walk was not a happy one for her as she kept trying to tear her muzzle off. On the second walk, she realized that if she was going to walk, she had to stay in it. By the end of our second walk, she was enjoying looking around and being comfortable.

I really like this halter. I've had quite a few of these over the past 20 years since I was first introduced to the head halter concept. This one is well built and although the size is a bit big I would have preferred it to be too big rather than small. It is difficult to put head halters on your dogs without trying them on first. Update: 08/14/2017 This company has done it all. They personally contacted me to propose a second new collar as the first one was only used once. I'm EXTREMELY impressed and the second one held up. Best I've found! Cool trainer! It doesn't slip in its snout like many others, it can't chew on it, it's softer than most, and the leash attachment portion is larger so it's much easier to clip on and off. I don't like the logo just above his nose but my ripper should remove it easily enough or he would have gotten 5 stars. My Aussie is easily aroused by other dogs on our walks and can be very noisy.
