In a home with multiple cats, I have found that these plastic scoops are not durable enough. I've bought smaller metal ones from the store but they are nothing compared to this! It's powerful, shovels trash so easily. I like the little prongs on the front edge so I can scoop up or scrape off any debris that might be sitting in the box. That's great!

Great sensation! I have a large cat that leaves large clumps of urine and while the small scoops break up the clumps this one picks it up. With two cats and three bowls, this dustpan takes a lot less time cleaning each one because the size allows you to sift through a lot more dirt with each dustpan. It says nonstick, but if the filler hasn't completely dried into a lump, it will stick a little. However, it is better than plastic shovels. Also very durable.

Everything, the filler falls out but leaves feces. It's good. However, I only had to buy a completely different spoon for the dirty fountain pen. I don't use clumping litter and if you don't you won't like it either. Also, the hook that comes with the kit isn't big enough to actually hold the shovel. He peeled the paint off my walls. The handle came loose the first time I took it out of the plastic. Not broken, just not safe. I was going to send it back but it grabs hard poop easily.

I ordered this shovel after my last plastic shovel broke and I am pleasantly surprised. It's not plastic so it feels really sturdy. I think it will be easier to clean a real shovel than cheap plastic which is much more porous. Garbage can. I also love that it comes with a hook for hanging, but I feel like the dirty dustpan is still touching the wall so realistically that I'm not sure I'll actually hang it.

This is what you need when you're tired of breaking plastic spatulas that just don't work. My cats don't leave those "cute puddles" in the litter box like you see on TV. If you use clumping aggregate and it gets the job done, you'll have to contend with a cement stone. But that's not a problem with this robust shovel. My issue is that right out of the box the holder and shovel looked like they had a fight with each other and lost both because they were very scratched and rough looking. When I ordered it the litter box was overdue for cleaning so I had to use it as soon as I received it and plan to keep it but only because I don't feel good about returning a used litter box.
