If you like tiny bubbles, you'll love these air stones! I use them in my hydroponic garden and for the price I don't feel bad about throwing away a clogged rock instead of trying to clean it!

Although smaller than I expected their initial performance was impressive. But most of them started to fail after a few weeks of use. I would not recommend these air stones for hydroponics.

Works well in a hydroponic system. Distributes bubbles evenly to prevent root rot. They all arrived in good condition and worked. I've been using it for a few months and haven't had any problems.

These are large stones and look solid. I immediately dropped one on the concrete and it didn't crack. I used these rocks to make compost tea in a five gallon bucket. I also use them in a bucket of saltwater bait to keep the air in the water. So far, so good.

They were clogged with debris and severely restricted airflow, when I tried to remove them they broke and I had to cut the hose to remove them. It was a mess to clean and the low cost doesn't justify the shortened tube. Not a long decision.

The advert shows 10 pieces, but initially only 4 stones were delivered! But less than a week after I sent a quick complaint email, 'they' fixed the bug. For the price I think 4 stones is still a good deal but for 10 it's a fantastic deal.

I ordered these without considering the size of the tower tube they run through in the system under the gravel in my 60 gallon. Aquarium with freshwater fish. They are much larger in girth and the place where you attach the channel to the stones is larger but look at the original stones, they have a rubber tube, take it off the old stone and put it on the bigger, and the problem is solved, and they really create some bubbles that work very well. I wish I could use large airstones on my soil filter from day one. I once replaced my little air stones with these WOW what a difference in filtering and keeping my tank clean. Since I have a very dirty red cheek and feeder fish that have bred and are now huge, they can foul a clean aquarium very quickly. I love these and will order more.
