I will NEVER BUY from this company again

1st I get the 2 boxes with frame and canopy. Then it takes forever to get the fencing which is rolled up so it says unroll it. well, I tried that and one end is stuck to other links and I can't get it separated AND the "stainless STEEL" stretches out of shape.I have had my fill of dealing with this p.o.c.! And the "instructions" are pictures which most was easy enough but when it comes to the fencing, I cannot figure this mess out! I used the black hoops on the canopy but looking at the photo…

Wind picks it up in my review

I had a small gust of wind come thru my yard, I was outside when it happened, and the wind picked up my kennel and laid it on its side. This picture is after I tipped it back upright. Thank goodness my dogs were out of their kennel they could have gotten hurt. I thought it would have been heavy enough wind wouldn’t be able to do that. Also the tarp sags when it rains it puddles instead of running off. For $700 I would expect better quality and durability. Now it’s bent out of shape and I barley

Cheap quality: my feedback

Very flimsy and instructions are mostly pictures . I would not purchase again or recommend this to anyone. That's my feedback!

Cheap Chain link good for me

The Chain link is so cheap my dog has been able to peel through it! I do not recommend it. Very disappointed. I will have to spend more money to reinforce it

Not Structurally Sound

We were so excited after we spent 6 hours putting this kennel together. It looked great! 2 days later it rained and the entire roof caved in and bent of the framing! Definitely not worth the money. However, the seller, Aosom Direct, was extremely helpful & offered an amazing solution!

Paper thin Kennel - my new review

After two years of waiting to put together, the first storm tore the tarp completely off. So I brought a more sturdier tarp, only to have the whole top collapse inside almost killing my dog. Now 3 of the top bars on the kennel are completely bent. This kennel has been a complete nightmare.

Works for my dog but roof didn’t last

The instructions weren’t very clear and it was rough for us to put together. Got it up and it’s sturdy for our dog. However, the first rain we got bent the pole and tore the tarp.

Outdoor Pet pen: my feedback

Works great for a chicken or dog pen. It took my husband and me 2 days to build it. Several parts of the chain link wasn’t complete and had holes.The main structure seems sturdy. The cover is very flimsy.

Need To Assemble - Received it very quickly.

When I ordered it, I had it in my head that they where going to be pre-assembled panels. It comes in 3 boxes. Now I have to wait on my husband to put it together and that is the only thing I am disappointed in. Very pleased with the product.

This is a royal piece of junk. No assembly instructions. Missing hardware. Chain link fencing a screwed up bundle of poor quality trash. I would give it a minus 5 stars if I could.

Description is misleading DO NOT BUY

Metal bars and fencing were cheap and bent upon install. Did not provide enough fencing for the whole structure. Canopy did not get delivered. Over all low quality for the price. VERY unhappy with this product. Description is very misleading.

Not worth the money and effort

I have only had this kennel a week and I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. Bought this for two puppies as an alternative to cables. They are medium sized and will be large when fully grown. I spent way too long putting this together. Gave up on those darn wire ties and just bought extra zip ties. Thought I added plenty along the bottom of the fence, but my dog escaped in the first hour he was in there. Had to literally tie down every spot I could and they are still bending the flimsy wire fence…

Purchasing this product has been one of my worst decisions it is flimsy and badly made!

Took days to get all the boxes, once we got them parts were missing!One of the worst made products I have ever gotten off amazon! VERY disappointed! Horrible customer service still almost a week later no response about missing parts!

Not good quality AT ALL!

It says this is easy and quick to assemble. It took 3 hours to put together. My dog bent the wire on the fence and got out within 15 minutes of being in it. Also the whole top has been ripped off and bent with wind. I am not satisfied considering I paid $650 just for it to be bent and broken with 2-4 weeks. The quality should have been much better.
