I wind up a few coils and put them in each set (basic repair kit for boys with white, black, and tan; large repair kit for girls with red, blue, yellow, and gray). I bought these to store the bobbins. I only got them today so don't know if they will fit most of my machines, three of which are Janome. I assume they will fit. The boxes aren't made out of cheap, brittle plastic, they're made out of stronger, pliable plastic and are meant to last for years.
