The ease in which you can extract information from your computer, whether it is an old hard drive or new laptop/computer system that may have been damaged by water! The price is very reasonable, the tech support is extremely responsive, and they do everything in their power to help you out. Sometimes it takes them multiple emails before they even respond! The most useful feature is that it makes my life easier by automating some tasks, also I like its simple interface which lets me do things with ease without any difficulty or confusion in understanding what's going around!
