These are beautifully designed motor or solenoid drivers for use with an Arduino or other 5V controllers. 12V (or up to 35 V) arrive and it goes there or another motor through simple screw connectors. Since I'm using 12V, the other output is 5V, perfect for controlling the Arduino and various sensors. My understanding is that it works up to 35V, but then the 5V output is not available. I bought this H-bridge for the final design of a mechatronics course I took. Unfortunately the H-bridge I received didn't work and couldn't provide enough power to the motors in the circuit. My team and I spent many hours troubleshooting and figured that a brand new H-Bridge couldn't be bad, but we were wrong. This device personally cost me 30% of the project estimate. Buyer Warning.
