I'm training for a marathon and this jacket is helping me stay on schedule in this terribly cold weather. It's very light but blocks the wind and keeps me warm on 30 degree runs. I'm 6ft 2in, 170lbs and the average size fits me. The best thing about this jacket is the flaps on the inside of each sleeve. You can put your hands in it and it will warm them up.

Extremely light but stopped the biting cold wind on my first run (temp and wind in the 20's!). My only complaint is the size. I wear L or XL depending on the product, but in this case I bought XL. However, it is very apt in shape. Not bad for a running outfit, but the sleeve length was surprisingly short. I just can't use inner gloves which is very disappointing as my hands get very hot with running gloves.
