Does not connect to the application. There is only email support. The email sent was never played. Eventually I got an email reply even though the website says you can't give them your credit card and can only use free bluetooth which you can't. You still need your CC to use the free option and they will bill you after the 90 day trial if you don't notify them beforehand. In terms of Bluetooth accuracy, it's more of a toy than anything else. Seems reliable but battery life is terrible. With dynamic settings that provide regular updates, battery life should last up to three weeks, days at most. GPS updates are sporadic and random.
