Disappointed with the quality

Paper is difficult to remove to reveal more charcoal. As soon as you can peel off the paper, it will be exposed too much. I'd rather sharpen it.

Pros
  • Charcoal
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Sensational crayons!

That's a sensation! Great bang for the buck. Simply pull the filament, unwind the pen to reveal the all-in-one drawing tool! Take them anywhere, no fuss, no sharpener, no end sanding, just a great drawing tool!

Cons
  • Availability on the stock exchange

Watercolor sketches with charcoal

You can use them like the Sketch & Wash graphite pencil. Before using the Sketch and Wash graphite pencils, I used these pencils, which I called the Chinese charcoal pencil. They give the lines a grainier texture, which I like.

Pros
  • No sharpening required
Cons
  • No automatic sharpening

Take it or leave it

These pens are great for what I need them for. For some reason these pencils are hard to find. Or I was just unlucky. They work well, but removing the paper takes a few minutes and requires more concentration than expected. The hardness/softness of these pencils is also unclear to me. I needed a medium pencil. I think the packaging says there is one hard, one soft, and one very soft, but there's no information on the pens themselves. My art teacher said I need them, so I bought them. I wonder…

Pros
  • Made in USA
Cons
  • Available in white only
