I made small makeup bags as gifts and wanted to use fusible vinyl to protect the inner fabric. I bought Heat n Bond from Walmart as I couldn't find the product at either Joann or Hancock. Heat n Bond is quite stiff and makes a rustling noise when moving. Also, if you pull the bag through the hole in the lining to turn the bag right side out, it will detach from the fabric.
