This is a great drawing tool that I am currently using in my new landscape sketchbook. I like it almost as much as the new Japanese brushpens. The pen is flexible and I can get a nice line from thick to thin. Keep in mind that my sketchbook is 7" x 5" which is small. But this pen is perfect for this scale. I'm trying to learn to draw in a more technical way so these pens are perfect for that. They offer different line widths and qualities depending on how you press and tilt the pen, etc. The ink is rich and dark (doesn't wash or thin with some nameless signage brush pens) and it feels like I could use the pen press on it and doodle and scratch without destroying the pen.

I still have one of these pens in black and wanted to try the others (in this case sepia, plus a gray one that I reviewed separately). The pen feels comfortable. With slow and intentional use, getting the ink out isn't much of a problem.
