My experience with perfection project is mixed

I like everything about Perfect Project except for their support team. When you have questions or need help it can take weeks sometimes months before someone responds. The software works very well but we do not always get timely responses from them when problems arise. This makes our business life much more difficult than necessary. We use perfect proect for many aspects of our business including Job costing, Purchase Orders, Invoice Approval/Rejection process as well as Payroll functions. It…

Overall good experience with perfectionist pro

I like how easy it was for me to learn and use once i started using perfect project. It has been very helpful in managing my jobsite business so far! Everything from scheduling to making sure we are paying our bills each month. The only thing is sometimes things can be confusing when you first start out but after some training everything starts falling into place. I highly recommend this software as its helped us get organized which allows us to run more efficiently and keep all of our projects

  • Love being able organize schedules, make calls etc., track emails & billing within 1 system no need seperate systems or programs!!!!! Allows everyone involved with every job site (customer/supplier) access via single logon without confusion between companies all information stored together easy tracking customer service call sheets by client / supplier track email correspondence easily across clients& suppliers
