Manitowoc PerFit 3US MAX F01H / 3US PF01H Compatible Review

The photo shows that the filter is broken into 2 pieces. A month after installing the filter, the part that attached to the pipe broke off the part that held the filter and my kitchen was flooded. It was great to start the day. This was my first filter from this brand. I bought a set of 2. I will definitely NOT try the second one! I will ask for a refund

Good thing I was home and know how to turn off the water supply otherwise it would flood the whole area. I had to dive into the trash can to find an old filter to make my sink work and it still works fine. To think I bought 2 packs of these. Build an ark before you buy this product, you will need it!

I have had and have used a water filter system for 15 years that I bought Perfit filters for. I know what to expect. This is the first time I have bought the Perfit brand. I think the Perfit filter doesn't filter the water. It still smells and tastes like chlorine. Compared to ALL previous filters, the water pressure is too high. I think the water just runs past the filter. I bought 2 packs and the second filter is back.

The filter failed after less than a week of installation. A cheap fake, as you can see from the label. As I stood by the kitchen sink where it stood and put my lunch away, there was a loud splash and the sound of running water. I was lucky I was there and turned it off after only dumping a half gallon in the cupboard. It would have been very bad if we hadn't been home when this happened. I will not buy this product again.

Product almost destroyed my house. It got into the fitting of the 3US-PF01's proprietary 3m filtrate system, but leaked out just enough to fill the cabinet with water and spill onto the floor.
