I would give it 5 starts but you can hear the whistle clearly when driving less than 50 km/h. I thought you couldn't hear it because I already have a loud truck, but you can.

With a screwdriver and a couple of wire cutters, the K&N cold air intake system was installed in 60 minutes. The intake noise gets more intense to the point where you can hear the throttle opening when you step on the gas pedal.

This item will NOT fit the 2019 Ford F-150! I tried to get Revain and K&N to listen to me, but they didn't listen. I tried to take some money off the price as some modifications were needed to make it fit and again Revain and K&N wouldn't listen. Very disappointed in both!

Truth in advertising! Great product and perfect fit for my 2016 F-150 5.0. I immediately noticed a difference in mpg increase and a slight increase in horsepower. Would recommend to anyone looking for a raise. If you're worried about the sound coming from the engine when you step on the accelerator, get a Prius.

I have a 2016 Ford F-150. Easy installation with exceptional results. After installation I immediately noticed a difference in HP/response and MPG. Also, the sound has a nice deep, menacing tone under acceleration, which is another upgrade, especially if like me you have a 5.0-litre V8. I would definitely buy it if you're considering upgrading to a cold air intake.

So this is my third KN cold air that I own. So far it has been the easiest to install. I had a stopwatch on and was done in 12 minutes 23 seconds. BUT. I forgot the little strip you taped to the bottom of the filter box. So I was ready to go in less than 30 minutes. Definitely looks better under the hood than the stock system, but the stock system has those unattractive baffles to reduce noise. The first time I hit the gas hard I figured there was a problem or I forgot to tighten the clamp. No, only the awesome Coyote V8 sucked in massive amounts of air with less drag. I was hoping this would be a good addition to my 2017 F150 SCREW. It turns out that it whistles like crazy around 1700-1800 rpm (cruising rpm) and increases the under-hood noise in the mid-range of the rev curve. Pretty loud to be honest.
