Great Addition to My Cabinet Hardware!

As someone who enjoys DIY projects, I'm always on the lookout for quality tools and home improvement products. My analysis of this flush latch showed that it met all expectations. It was simple to install and works smoothly. The polished chrome finish gives it a sleek look that complements any cabinet. The only downside is that it's a bit pricier than similar products on the market. Despite this, I would definitely recommend it for anyone who values high-quality hardware.

Pros
  • Sturdy and durable construction
Cons
  • Requires some force to latch and unlatch, which can be inconvenient for some users

Model with lock differs from advertised

This latch was advertised as a latch bolt with keys. I did not receive the model of the lock and therefore of course the keys.

Pros
  • Cabinet Hardware
Cons
  • Quick Instructions

Do not enter the photo

The photo shows a metal bracket. The part that sticks out at the back of the door. I have metal latches all over the boat, but when I recently replaced a couple of these latches, the latch was plastic. One of the new plastic parts broke so it looked (in the photo) to be metal. IT IS NOT! It's plastic and will break without much effort. Also, the chrome on the new ones is inferior compared to the 1989 originals that came with the boat. They rusted out in just a few years.

Pros
  • Closures
Cons
  • Some defects
