The quality of the collar is great, however the name plate idea needs some fine tuning. The name plate seperated from the collar after 3-4 months of wear. This issue caused the plate to cut through the elastic strap holding the plate in place. The seller was very apologetic for the issue and promptly offered a replacement of the same product or another style free of charge. Thanks Joytale!

Been usins for 8 months. We gave these to our large puppies for christams and they are the most active dogs we've ever had. Great collar, but I don’t notice the reflective part at night. The only way I can find my dog at night is if the light reflects off of the the brass/metal name plate. It is good quality and pretty.

these collars are well made, bright, and solid. I have bought several. I have 6 dogs and I have a unique color for each dog with their names and my contact info in case one of them were to get lost. I liked so much I ordered another in green. The tag is nicely done, clearly engraved with my dogs info. Fit according to size chart. He is an 80 pound lab and we got the XL. Orange is good bright orange, waiting on the green to come now.
