Basic Chat Bot with some capabilities

I like that this chatbot has the capability to give me a summary of my account. I also like that it can keep track of my transactions and give me a summary at the end of the month. I dislike that the chatbot is so basic that it has a hard time understanding my questions and giving me the correct information. I also dislike that it charges a monthly fee for this service. The chatbot is very limited and does not give me a summary of my account. It only gives me the transactions. I also do not…

Excellent tool to assist with customer service and PR

I liked how easy it was for us as staff members, who work remotely from home full time (and therefore do not have access at our desks),to interact via this platform! We were able solve some problems we had been having by just chatting through them over text/email vs actually attending an office meeting where others could see what went wrong etc.. Nothing really - maybe try out different bots if you're looking into using one? You will need someone else around your business so they know exactly…

  • Easy navigation between various platforms.
  • Best part about being remote in that i can use my desktop computer instead :)
  • Love all aspects but especially loved seeing colleagues facebooks updates when talking directly
