I liked how easy it was for us as staff members, who work remotely from home full time (and therefore do not have access at our desks),to interact via this platform! We were able solve some problems we had been having by just chatting through them over text/email vs actually attending an office meeting where others could see what went wrong etc..

Nothing really - maybe try out different bots if you're looking into using one? You will need someone else around your business so they know exactly which bot works best within their own area too- otherwise there is no point trying multiple ones because then nothing would be gained either!!
