I like that this chatbot has the capability to give me a summary of my account. I also like that it can keep track of my transactions and give me a summary at the end of the month. I dislike that the chatbot is so basic that it has a hard time understanding my questions and giving me the correct information. I also dislike that it charges a monthly fee for this service. The chatbot is very limited and does not give me a summary of my account. It only gives me the transactions. I also do not like that the chatbot charges a monthly fee. It is a good chatbot for keeping track of my transactions. It does not give me a summary of my account.
