Sparks hot from cold

Not for boats and beach areas. It worked normally for six weeks, one or two rides totaling 8 hours, but rusted very quickly and failed. On inspection the (colored) "brass" fittings were not brass at all, they were steel with a thin brass plate which rusted quickly, the body rusted horribly (mostly superficially but I haven't seen any corrosion that quick, especially considering the boat is on a trailer and sheltered from the rain). Amazing improvement! Highly recommended.

I have purchased several of these coils over the years, each for a different vehicle. It's amazing how much the flamethrower has improved engine starting and performance. If your car seems to be losing power or you notice a drop in engine power when you accelerate, a high voltage coil can solve the problem. Easy to install, remove the old coil - just pull the coil wire and remove the positive and negative connections. . Then reconnect the flamethrower in the same way as the old coil. I replaced

Could have killed my family in the water!

I purchased a Pertronix 40511 40,000 volt 3.0 flamethrower along with a PertTronix 1146A igniter to convert my 1983 Mercruiser 3.7 470 to electronic ignition. This is the second time I have bought this pair. When I first set everything up the boat ran great for about fifteen minutes and then started to overshoot horribly.
