Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice as an automotive enthusiast, I was able to install this upgraded HEI module with ease. The result was a noticeable boost in performance, with smoother acceleration and increased power. The PerTronix module is a durable and reliable addition to my fuel system, and I'm thrilled with the results. The only con is that it can be pricey, but it's well worth the investment for serious car enthusiasts.

The car drove 5 minutes and not very well. Misfires like crazy. 5 minutes later the car died. When turning around, the speed on the tachometer did not move, from which I realized that the module had already burned out! Put the factory module back in and the car started and ran fine again. What an awful product. I didn't even want to give a star but that's the lowest rating I can give.

Works as it should. Received a defective unit the first time dead on arrival didn't do anything but Amazon is always good with returns and exchanges. Fixed ignition related misfires after deciding not to issue a 4th lifetime warranty on a brand new Durlast distributor that was unable to jump the correct spark gap. I also installed a matching flamethrower coil as they are built to work together. This is what I recommend to get the best performance from the module as the coil electrical specs are
