    Good quality product

    I love this collar with handle! I was impressed with both the quality of the product and its appearance. I have two large dogs but I wanted to try one that is still learning manners and sometimes running around and exploring the world. He had previously fled with his old collar. It's a lot easier to just grab that hold and control it than it is for it to control me. I highly recommend this product. I would like to add that the price is much lower than in the pet store.

    Great collar! fits collars, harnesses and leashes

    We have a beautiful German Shepherd who LOVES going for walks in the parks but tends to get a little nervous when people approach her. Not a biter, but a barker. This collar makes sure she doesn't run away from us - she's in her 60's and seems to be enjoying the collar a lot. My only concern, albeit a VERY SMALL one, is that you make sure to get the right size for your dog or there will be an 'extra' collar. It's okay, I glued the excess to the rest of the collar and everything works fine.

    Well you get a great product but then you feel cheated if after you buckle up they don't add an extra retainer for another 4 inches, there is only one right after the buckle. And it pisses me off that people are talking nonsense like that, which shows how much they don't care about the consumer. I really should have given one star. So now I have to decide what I do with the extra 4 inches hanging from the dog's neck or I'll return them, but I love their leather, it's treated with linseed oil…

    Inexpensive features that matter are missing

    While the design appears good, it lacks a loop after the D-ring to keep the extra collar out of the dog's path. I never realized how important this inexpensive piece of leather was. My regular collar has one and it really helps. I bought this collar while recovering from major surgery as I have nurses, physical therapists and a caregiver in and out of my home 24/7 so I sometimes hold the handle on the collar for those of them who are uncomfortable when they enter the house. with a well-trained…

    I was nervous placing this order. We have a Rottweiler and I was worried that the large collar would be small and I was also concerned about the quality of the skin. This color is great, we still have room to add to it if needed.     I love this collar and the leather gives it a rich and classy look.

    Fantastic speed for my German Shepherd. First, after I got the collar properly around his neck (two fingers under the collar), the excess collar stuck out about three to four inches. Apart from that it was great. However, after a week or two, the extra piece of collar curled up on its own. Now the collar still fits perfectly, and the extra amount of leather straps on the collar fold and roll quite nicely.
