Capsule is very easy to install and clips securely to the window (even with my 12 lb friend). All three of my furry kids love to sleep in it. They like it so much that I'm considering getting another one. Highly recommended.

Our cats love it! When you open the packaging you will find a warning that both suction cups and window glass are clean for maximum suction power. I wet all the suction cups and the window well before I put them in (make sure everything is very dry after cleaning) and the suction is very strong.
