This product makes a great pair of kitchen or bathroom shelves. Installation was relatively easy, although I didn't need the cavity wall anchors that came with the kit (remember to use a rubber mallet to drive the anchors into the wall, the hammer might just break them). I love these bookshelves for my son! It's very convenient that the bar at the front of the shelf is higher than the bar on typical wooden bookcases, so if one of the books falls forward, it doesn't fall.
