Nice tower at a great price. However, at this height it needs more weight at the base, but that's a disadvantage of either of them in my experience. Jumping from the top platform can cause the tower to fall or crash into a wall. On this one I put a small sandbag in the "cave" and covered it with a matching towel, which helped 100%. Our cat also loves the feel of the sandbag. Sort of like memory foam for a cat lol.

The best thing about this cat tree is that it's pretty good value for the money. It's pretty sturdy - my cat is 12 pounds and she hasn't knocked it over and she likes the top bunk. It was a great purchase! Our 3 month old cat loves it! For the price this is a great value as it has all the features a cat needs like scratching posts, hiding places and levels to jump. We got confused the first time and didn't make a hiding hole on the right side (the base will be uneven when doing this) but it was an easy fix to put it back together properly.
