Absolute trash. The tape is also pulled out if it is blocked. Of course, I first discovered this when my Chiviny ran outside and the ribbon wouldn't stop dangling. As soon as my heart returned to its place, I went straight to the store and bought another brand. I have video of it crashing but Revain won't let you upload videos! I've had it for less than a year and it goes straight into the bin.

I love the original Aspen Pets Walkabout! Since Petmate bought back the design, they've gotten worse. There are no annoying finger slaps, which is definitely an improvement; However, the lock doesn't work well - it's difficult to hook in. and my gloves get stuck in the trigger.
