False Advertising: Don't Waste Money

We purchased this cat door thinking it was perfect for our non-microchipped cats, but it turns out our cats can't even use it! The product is falsely advertised and does not work as intended. Based on our own experience, we have to warn others not to waste their money. It's disappointing that Pet Supplies would sell a product that doesn't even do what it claims.

Does the Job - Cat Doors

Works well and saves lives as the microchip in our cat doesn't trigger the door sensor. It's bigger than I expected, but the cat isn't embarrassed.

Easy to install very happy with this door

Great door! Installed on the side of the house in the garage when we adopted a neighbor's street cat. We keep it in manual mode, allowing to get in and out of the garage. So far, so good. The cat hadn't used the door before, so we taped it shut for a few days, lured him into the garage with treats, and let him use the door like that for a few days before closing the door. The cat himself figured out how to open it. :)
