We got this for our three dogs. The one who howls. The one who jumps on people. Another (our problem child) who was a poop eating fanatic. She (our 1.5 year old French girl) was our biggest concern, which we tried to heal with all the online advice and recommendations we could think of. I like it so far . It was just delivered today. I have two golden retrievers (50lb and 80lb) and they seem to do pretty well with the longer teeth. My only complaint is that our orange collar was wrapped the wrong way around in the package leaving the cut end of the collar hanging down and a candidate for a bite, which is annoying. After using another well known brand training collar for many years I decided to give these collars a try as I have a third dog. In general, they are comparable in many ways. I like the function of the vibration as a mediator between sound and effect. Also, the many different vibration and shock levels are great.
