UPDATE. Like most of these products, it doesn't work. I tried it well and it never bothered the canine delinquent. This product is very easy to use, appears to be very well made and looks like it should work on my neighbor's dog. It was easy to install and I hung it on a shepherd's hook in my yard.

It seemed to work for the first week or so but then the dog must have gotten used to it because it went back to its old barking the same way it always did. . I think he learned to face the opposite direction from the aviary so he doesn't hear his barking. I get up to 300ft stronger with an AC adapter and a remote control to be able to press a button and emit a beep wherever he looks when he barks.
