Allows you to continue climbing as your pregnant belly grows

This harness is significantly less comfortable than my regular harness but allows me to climb further which is why I get 4 stars. I am in the picture at 23 weeks. I only use this strap for the top belay and tie it in a figure eight straight through the two gray loops. The gear loops don't bother too much. I couldn't think of a good belay method because adding a carabiner to the two gray belay loops resulted in the carabiner sitting sideways and crossing over and when I tried two carabiners the…

Better than Mountain Mama for me

I'm so glad I ventured a size 1 Petzl. I tried Mountain Mama while pregnant (because my gym had one) and it looked like my rib literally crushed the cell when it was lowered. He beat me in an uncomfortable spot even when he was at his best. Petzl harnesses sit much higher on my chest and are much more secure. Plus, it's a lot easier to go down with Petzl. I didn't notice any difference in the quality of the two or any other properties of the inner top rope. I don't have any insurance issues…
